ESG / Sustainability Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced ESG/Sustainability Specialist to join our Equilibrium World team in the US, helping companies use our ESG management automation software to become ESG leaders.

What you get to do every day as our sustainability specialist

  • Work with Private Equity and VCs to support their ESG Financing, Reporting and Due Diligence (M&A) 

  • Interfacing with enterprise customers to understand their needs and help them with their ESG reporting, strategy and target planning requirements using our software platform;

  • Supporting customers with ESG data collection across multiple companies and suppliers;

  • Supporting customer onboarding process, including data input, and training;

  • Working with companies to optimize the most cost effective path to net-zero emissions and other targets using our climate scenario simulation tools

We are looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Must have 4+ years of experience in ESG/Sustainability consulting. Especially with SASB, TCFD, GRI reporting for medium to large companies.

  • Must have worked on carbon emissions analysis previously - and be familiar with the GHG Protocol.

  • Knowledge or experience in one or more of the following fields is an asset: sustainable development, sustainable finance, investor relations, climate change, corporate governance;

  • SASB Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential is an asset;

  • Fluent english, written and spoken;

  • Data driven, customer focused and detail oriented mindset;

  • Strong work ethic and sense of ownership;

  • Ability to work across multiple markets in Asia, with some support for our US team;
